[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
We went to Dumangas, Iloilo to try the sea foods nt in that municipality. It is known for really fresh sea foods specially oysters that are farmed right on Monfort River in Dumangas. While we were eating I asked my friends and relatives to show me the crabs they have in their hands. I took a picture of it.

The crabs in the Philippines are not as big as the crabs in America and Europe but crab fat and crab eggs are packed solid (not watery or liquid like) and it is buttery in taste and not fishy with no after taste. The red-orange and yellowish colors in the crabs (now broken in halves) are the crab fats and eggs. The locals call it "Aligi" With the fresh fishes, oysters, crabs full of "Aligi" and hot steam rice cooked in claypots with pandan leaves, hhhmmmmmm it was a treat!
