I took a shot of this at home just this afternoon. I was kind of curious what will happen if I tried to do the selective saturation which rewshearer taught me. So as I was inspired this day, I grabbed my camera and took some shots near our garden before the rain was about to fall. Luckily, this got my attention.
I hope this looks okay for my first work on selective saturation. And I want to dedicate this work of mine to Rew, for helping me a lot to improve. Thank you so much! :)
PS: I did a WS on my work. Just can't decide which one looks better. (^-^)

Hi Irene
That's good work, you've done a meticulous job and it's just about perfect. Good choice of a colourful object to leave coloured.
You should be proud!
This shot is the best in terms of construction - the WS is a little over-cropped. But your next challenge - to work on composition!
Rew
the technique of selected saturation seem to work well but I do not buy the idea of composition. Its a clutter and one get confused and strayed around.I think composition should also be taken care of.Thanks for sharing its a bold experimental post.cheers
