Danilo, thanks for showing this ... I find these rice field shots enlessly fascinating, as I've never had a chance to see with my own eyes.
Great lines throughout the shot with the levees. Love the reflection of the sky and clouds in the water too.
Back-breaking work indeed ... I wouldn't last very long I'm afraid.

This is such an original shot, to me.
The focal person is perfectly placed in the strong area of the frame but she is ably supported by the curved mud walls and the lovely reflections which make this such an interesting shot.

Excellent shot - good POV and good placement of the woman in the frame. The reflections in the water are well captured, I like the touch of the reflected power pole (or is a cellphone relay tower?) - a fitting detail in a shot that could otherwise be so timeless.

A tighter crop would also work with this, eliminating the more distant elements in the upper right corner and keeping only the nearest terraces.

Hi Danilo, I always enjoy seeing rice paddies and the best ones are on terraces so there is a lot to like about this image. It is amazing that terreces made from earth can remain in pllace for so many years. Good clarity and colour, and the well positioned worker sets it off well. tfs. Murray.
