Cebu Basilica Minore del Sto Nino, one of the largest cathedrals in Cebu. Typical Spanish architecture.
I like the contrast between the white building and the blue sky. I didn't take a polarized filter with me that time. But the tropical sunlight made the the Cathedral and the sky very attractive.
A few years ago, I took similar pictures in Manila using a simple DC. But the pictures of white building in strong sunlight were totally burned/overexposed. Now the new Canon CMOS is quite competent with the job. |

The graphism of the old white facade, of this imposing church, againt the blue sky, is superb. I also posted an architectural shot today. Good work & congratulations!
Exposure has held the detail very well. I can accept the lean of the building better if it was level.
Christine.
I like the features and character of the bulding. The light, texture and architecture are very attractive. Tried a workshop to correst the lens distortion. Hope you like it.
