A new tradition in recent years occurred in the city of Smolensk.
Enabling to have a long marriege, the new married couples put lock to the Bridge.

Son yıllarda Smolensk şehrinde yeni bir gelenek oluşmuş. Yeni evlenen çiftler, evliliklerinin uzun sürmesi için köprü üzerine kilit takıyorlar.

I want to tell you that same thing exist here in Serbia , in town Vrnjacka Banja, Bridge of love...and there is dedicated to misfortune love between teacher and soldier in 1st World War

I really do not know where is the origin of this tradition or custom but it seems to have spread to many parts of the world. Using locks to secure love, although a romantic idea but I do not think it works. We cannot lock up love, it has to be free flow?

But a nice shot of such a scene from Smolensk in Russia among all places. A fun view to watch.
