I've found this fisherman when we travelled to Seliger lake.
Seliger, situated about 360 kilometers from Moscow in Tver area, is a part of the Volga basin. It is a popular place for ecologic tourism. The lake is a protected nature reserve, which offers abundant opportunities for hunting (with a special permit), camping, mushroom and berry picking, boating, swimming and, of course, fishing. There are 30 species of fish in the lake and among them is pikeperch, some of which get as big as 7-8 kilograms.

Hello Katia,
I like how you composed the shot with the fisherman off centered yet compelling enough to be the focus of attention. But I think it lacks sharpness. Maybe you can try the Unsharp Mask filter in Photoshop if you have it.
Best Regards,
Pierre
