[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Taken from a ship somewhere in the Baltic Sea. Out of St Petersburg I think. The debate I had with myself was whether to increase dramatic effect with a boost in contrast. I decided in the end to reduce contrast and go with a softer, more dreamy look. I'm still uncertain. I applied a soft lighting filter to add interest.

beautiful shot. Very good details and sense of motion. As of your note: I think that I prefer your choice - gives similar effect, but forces me to concentrate on the bird. No distractions around. tfs
