The shot was taken at home. There was one lamp in front of the model, and one lamp near background.
Have a good watching...

Well done on this portrait. Your model did well posing well, just maybe a little relaxing would help. Excelent composition and details.
I'm not very familiar yet with the rules of lighting, however I am doing some studying, the shadow below the chin and on the neck, I believe is way to much. It should only be about 3/4 less than what you have. I'll look up the lighting effect you were achieving.
Just found it, it's called loop lighting. The shadow that's below the nose should travel almost but not quite to the corner of the mouth, her right, our left.

Beautiful model, and a great portrait. I see Mike has given you some good lighting tips. I am not familiar with lighting techniques, and your photo looks quite nice.
Sorry, out of points for today.

Very good portrait Alexander, showing you master the technique. The composition, pose, make-up and colours are all very well chosen.

I like your compo! It's very nice! Simple position but well composed. She look natural, like the relation with the red dress and the backgroon color complement..

Bravo pour ce magnifique portrait. Le modèle est très joli et la pose excellente. J'adore la couleur de fond ainsi que le cadrage. Très belle réalisation.

I don´t agree with Fuji-mon.I think the shadow below the chin and in the neck it´s a nice contrast with her face,it enhances it.We just can´t stop looking at it and her beautiful eyes!

Here's a very good portrait !
The light is very good, not too bright, not dark and the face is very clear. The few shadows are not disturbing, they give a good compensation. Softness and colours, especially the background, it's a beautiful studio-portrait and also a beautiful model, Alexander. So, this is my opinion, I'm not a professional, but I think, it's really good !
Hope Zandra will have a look at this picture too, she always have some good advices, if necessary...
