The curved fence and the puddle; the river the couple is peering at over the fence can't be as beautiful as what you've captured behind them, and they are oblivious to it.

After the rain i presume... Let me guess... Strong sunlight... With under the water a dark road... Enough to have a real mirror... No wind to distord!
I even prefer the details of the sky into the reflection... The darker mask of it give punch to the clouds!

like the super reflection here making up a dominant part of the shot..almost two pictures blended with great effect
railings of course do the most effective thing and keep our eyes moving left to right
as per western reading patterns

An amazing reflection. Is that for real or you manage to replicate the sharpness of the couple in the reflections using PP work. Whatever the technique, this is an amazing photograph with amazing composition.
