Hi Maaike: An excellent Dramatic shot of Red Square... Love the colour light focus and cropping...... a Gem.....Thanks Roman

Hi Maaike,

This has to be one of the greatest photos of Red Square I have seen. I am amazed that there aren't any poeple walking around. The overcast sky add a gentle, dark diffused look to the scene and your colors are rich, vibrant and vivid for such an gloomy day. Nice composition of the buildings.

Excelent work!

bella postal.
saludos.

Fantastic shot! A wonderful sense of 'being there,' the light in the clouds is just amazing as is the deep, rich saturation of this shot. Lovely composition too, the negative space towards the foreground balances the shot beautifully.

Hello Maaike.
Thank you so much for your travel photos.
I looked at your other photo site too.
Did you travel to Russia, Mongolia and China with a group or by yourselves. We are interested in a similar trip and are starting to gather information. You have captured quite an interesting mood in this photo. TFS. K2

Hi Maaike...this is the best picture I have seen of the square and St. Basils. Beautiful work...creative, great perspective, great light.

The PP of this pic makes a sinistry mood, awesome effect, the subject in itself is very good, but again, two thumbs up for the PP.

A description of what you did in PP would be very nice for us that wants to make progress in PP.

Thanks for the pic.

Pierre
