There is so much in the world to do
There is so much to experience
Your life could end today
Have you loved everyone enough?
Have you seen all the things there are to see
My life has seen sorrow and joy
Death and life has touched me
I have sunken into the abyss
I have given up all hope
I have stared my future in the eye and lost all of my fears
All of my apprehensions
I have sheid my fear of death
My fear of failure
I am a man without remorse
I will experience life as God always wanted me to
The colors of the rainbow aren't enough for me
I want more
I want all the things promised to me
But I will not settle there
No
I will grasp the moon
I will dance with the stars
Life must be embraced as a child would
Without thought of recourse
Without fear of punishment
I won't take the road less traveled
I will make my own
The only destiny I will adhere to is the one I choose for myself
And when that day comes when I am to pass over to the other life
I will go willingly
For there will be nothing left for me to experience here |
