Wonderful shot - has a genuinely scary feel to it. Excellent use of black (clothes / background) to accentuate the skin tones.

i was looking at this one at Pbase yesterday. Love the look in her eyes. She really seem to want to run away from something. Also the woman in teh background ads value to thre shot. It tells a story.

this is great my friend.
the idea and photo result are really interesting, I love to see the hand from back with very nice and good effect.
lighting in model so nice and great.
tone colors and focus are really nice.
but the model expression look like she's not scare :)

like watching a horror movie,
