the idea and comp is good here albert :)
good job framing the merlion

i think the 30 seconds exposure is too long
if you are capturing the lights, it doesn't matter if you don't see sky in this color, a dark/black sky would look even better

try it with a higher f-stop, maybe f11 or f16 with about 10 seconds exposure, don't worry about the camera showing you underexposure cause the lights and details will still show up :)

hello Albert! The shot is good in terms of exposure. But I think you may have just made a shot without thinking of the composition. You made a very common point of view. I think it would be more interesting if you look for other POV that no one else has taken. For example, you can go nearer and take the shot from below the statue so that it looks more imposing.

In general, your shots are improving. I hope this advice would help you more.
