Light Over Chinatown
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
I'll be posting some of my B&W pictures that are my favorites. It started with my previous post, and I have lined up several more that I wish to share with you.
In this particular image, we went to Chinatown in Singapore to eat. This is a typical street with shops and restaurants lining it.
I composed the shot to show the busy street and the zigzagging lamps above. The lights serves as the leading line while the human elements give the picture an interesting subject to look at.
The image was shot on Ilford Delta 400, and developed with a D76 brew. The negative was scanned, adjusted levels, then sharpened.
I am not sure with how my PP went. It looks good on my monitor but when I viewed it on another, it seem very dark. Nevertheless, I still want to share this one.
Thanks for viewing, and hope you liked it! |
