The barber

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This is a first photo from a series of pictures I intend to post that deals with vocation. In our modern world many of these professions seem to perform a disapearing act. It is a little sad, as many of these people that had a respected and dignified status in society, can no longer compete with the cheaper industrial products that replace the fruits of their handwork.
It may seem that the barber as a profession has survived, though there is a significant difference between the traditional barber and the modern hair stylist. |

Hi Tibi, wonderful composition of daily life, very well done.
Merry Christmas and Happy new year, Ciao Silvio
Hi Tibi,
The colors you have are fantastically natural. It's a good attempt on the subject matter. However, I find the composition abit lacking as I can't really tell that the guy is a barber, as the focus is more on the old guy in the white shirt just sitting there. Do you have one with a better zoom on the barber and his client ?
