[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
With my previous posting on the Singapore banking district, I often got the remark that there was a lot of sky in that city skyline.

For that reason, here a different view with more 'line' and less 'sky' in the banking district skyline :-).

What you see is Esplanada Brdige at Marina Bay and the the total far left end the famous Merlion, which is the icon of Singapore; A statue with the head of a lion and the body of a fish. Its name comes from combining 'mermaid' and 'lion'. I'll get to a more close-up shot at a later stage!

Hello Dennis.
Excellent nightshot of that wonderful place in Singapore.
Feeling 'Homesick' by seeing this. Had a wonderful time there in 1996 (was there for 5 months)
Looking forwards to your picture of the 'Merlion' as I do have a Sovenir from it in Ivore, about 20 cm high. Have in mind to post that ones, too.

Er is een beetje veel water in deze plaat ..... :-) .... nee hoor, ik wou even grappig doen.
De spiegelingen in het water komen op deze manier veel beter tot hun recht. Erg mooie plaat met veel kleuren. Lijkt een beetje op "hoofddorp by night".
