Walking Down the Aisle
This is Julie with her father walking her down the aisle through the same door as HERE. It's a garden wedding set in the courtyard of CHIJMES chapel. This fleeting 'unblocked' moment happened so fast as I was dodging a lot of camera men around her. Actually it's a wedding of Sam and Julie, and the camera men :)

Quote of the Day:
"I love spontaneous nature of weddings - that things aren't always perfect. I also get to see the tender side of people, which is rare. It's all about capturing the human spirit that is unique to each individual." -Bambi Cantrell

Excellent work here Fred. Good capture - the composition of the pair nearing the edge of the frame, ready to step out of the picture and into the unknown - well, ok, her wedding - is very effective.
Nice PP work, it has a mix of softness and sharpness that works nicely.

Hi Fred,
I'd like to say 'Ah ... how romantic' but my wife left me recently after 13 years of marriage, so I won't say nuffink.
It is a lovely shot though
... if you like that sort of thing ;)
Cheers
Steve

Hi Freddie

You probably did many portraits and well versed with shooting such photography. Very colorful and cheerful mood here, well done job!

I just start my 1st portrait and wish to learn from critiques of experienced photogs.

TFS, cheers
Bill

Hello Fred, this is a good timing of the bride and groom walking out of the church with their happy smiles on their faces.
I love the movement in the brides dress.
Perfect white and colours.

Very well done!
Yan :)
ps: Many thx for your review on : "Rockliffe Promenade in Autumn". I am pleased that you like it.

Nice work here, Freddie. You showcase the bride beautifully (my eye was drawn to her face and the clarity of both face and veil) and you caught a good moment with them walking out the doorway. Nice composition there, too, with the arches and architecture to offer backdrop and contrast. The upper framing of leaves is a nice touch. It looks like you may have sharpened this image a bit too aggressively (notice the edges along the leaves and the tops of the arches). All in all, well done. Thanks for sharing this with us.

Hi Freddie,
A beautiful and dreamy shot that any bride would be ecstatic with . . .
Nice work and a big congratulations,
Karen
