a test shot with the Metz 45 CT-5
most people call these flash "Hammer heads"
this is a big flash gun with massive coverage power :)
it can fill a room easily even in total darkness, i tested it up to F8 @ ISO 100 in the dark and the room looks like it shot in the day :P
its like having your own sun :D

this test shot of the boy was done at work
i also had my SB600 attached to the camera, firing forward at very low power to keep everything blalaced

the old Metz flash that i'm using is firing in automatic mode, exposure is still done with camera control
the TTL doesn't work with my digital camera, but it works with my film cameras

if you need a powerful workhorse flash, the Metz is perfect
only thing is that its big, heavy and very bulky
it also cost more then the original flash from the camera makers :)

I do love this little guys expression! The flash IMO worked very well... great computer... Notes are very detailed.. but my simple mind is in a spin :)
