I don't remember in what part of Singapore this photo was taken.
Unfortunately, there's no way to refresh the memories. I was just walking about the city when I saw these pipes.
I guess they are just sort of a "monument"? Perhaps, a humorous one? Because I rather doubt that they are real pipes:)
If someone knows what these pipes are, I'll be glad to hear about it :)

I really like the effect of the repitition of the stainless steel pipes and the red contrast.
