I liked the colour & pov here on this enterprising market stall on the beach. And not just any beach! This is King Munmus sea tomb (visible in the ocean at the back. The Korean Silla Dynasty king requested that he be buried at sea, so he could transform himself into a seadragon, & keep Japanese pirates & invaders away, by scaring them to death! More info here:

"Cremate my remains and scatter the ashes in the sea where the whales live. I will become a dragon and thwart the Japanese invasion." King Sinmun did as his father asked, and scattered his ashes over Daewangam (the Rock of the Great King), a small rocky islet a hundred metres or so off the Korean coast. Moreover, King Sinmun built the Gomun Temple (the Temple of Appreciated Blessing) and dedicated it to his father, he built a waterway for the sea dragon to come to and from the sea and land, and he built a pavilion, Eegun, overlooking the islet so that future kings could pay their respects to the great King Munmu." I find the idea special! A portable market! I enjoy the deep aqua color! To see all those fruits colorfull and well disposed, i have the feeling to see preparation for a ceremony! Or a ritual :)

Different scene and beautiful colours!
Blues are sooo appealong!
And the words are also very intersting.

Hi Chris, this is a nice market, very original to hold it on the beach, looks almost like a picnic.

Nice and colourful image. The sea and sky are very blue.

Well seen and well done! Take care, Yan :)
p.s. Many thx for your crit on "Beach Grass at Dusk". It really is appreciated.

Hi Chris, I find the beaches overseas quite differnet to what we are used to so find this an interesting shot. The note adds some good background. Murray.

Super Market...
