Welcome to TL community. Your post entry of this photo marks a new era of your photography sharing here to improve your work and it is a good start by showing a photo with a good note about it.

Perhaps when you have time, it will be useful to you to read FAQ, ABOUT and Guidelines regarding particularly on 800pixel and 300kb filesize limits. You will also start to use EDIT software to help you present photos here. I have some links here that you can download and use for a simple start.

From your post entry, I can see you have a night shot of people in a crowd and capturing it with flash light, placing the subject at FG of the frame. Perhaps you can use a bit of adjustment of brightness level, sharpening tool after resize and before upload, save the file to 800pixel max long side.
