The water looks very still Chris, the reflections show up very well, the bridge sets the whole scene off.

Nice reflections Chris! It takes so long to learn what to do to make a shot work, then the scenery changes from minute to minute with a sunset! This is a nice attempt, I would have isolated the water and removed noise, giving it a smooth look. Nice work!
