[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Tap = Pagoda, Sa = Temple. Some of the 80 plus stone pagodas, can be seen from this high vantage point in Tapsa, a Buddhist Temple near Jinan, in south western Republic of Korea. They were all constructed without cement & mortar, & each rock neatly dovetails into the others, as in Cuzco, Peru. They've withstood centuries of typhoons, war, Japanese invasions, etc, but there are signs up these days warning tourists & children to please keep off, & don't touch.

Hi Chris,

Interesting shot, with fascinating architecture. I'm always amazed that no cement was used to construct these buildings. I like the high POV here, but the stonework seems to play tricks with my eyes. Have a great day.

Best regards,
Werner
