It's my second visit in Gyeongbokgung Palace when I spotted this japanese girl as she was preparing to wear the traditional costume of Korea. She looks happy though.

Sweet shot. Good metering and light, especially as the main light source is behind/above her.

Perhaps you could have placed her less centrally in the frame, the composition would be stronger if she was further to the right and perhaps you cropped more tightly around her face?
