Hi Chris,

The presence of the people has an effect of scale. The diagonal line of the bridge and the colors of the sea are assets to the composition. The point of view leads our eyes toward the horizon which is giving depth to the photo. The intensity of the light is enhancing the colors of the scenery. Have a nice day.
