[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
One of the most common events that you see in a Sri Lankan town or a village on a weekend is the Sunday fair. Although modern supermarkets are available in most big cities, a lot of people will get their weekly groceries at a Sunday fair like the one shown in the picture. Normally held in an open area, they are normally very colourful, relaxed, and full of life. You will be surprised at the variety of things you can find at these places. Generally you are expected to bargain.

This photo was taken in the Colombo suburb of Mount Lavinia. No PP done.
