Just would like to show you what the Taiwanese barbecue is like.
First we built an oven with lumps of clod, made a fire inside the oven till it was heat up, put chicken, sweet potatos, corns, egges(covered with mud) into the oven, covered with dust, then waited for 1~2 hours. 控土窯 |

Hi Emma. Thank you for showing us the Taiwanese BBQ. I'll bet the food is great that comes out of it. Very good detail in this photo.
