what's happened here?

There's nothing in this shot that's in focus, which is a real shame because the subject matter looks beautiful.
Not sure what camera you're using as there's no exif data to view, but something's gone completely wrong.

Sorry Richard, i don't know where to begin to help. I doubt you're to blame here. I'd check the camera to see if it's damaged.
