[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note

This is a photo of a girl and her younger brother, Mek. I was disturbed by the sight of a boy with chains on one of his hands. The boy was apparently playing as an Elephant on chains because right next to him is an elephant (harmless, i think). I was shocked and I couldn't believe it. At first I thought, "What a cruel world" but the kid loved it. Here, he even let his sister put up the chain.
