A view from the train window on the journey from Kanchanaburi to Nam Tok ......better known as the Death railway as so many prisoners of war died in the making of this railway.....The journey starts out at Kanchanaburi (River Kwai) eventually crossing over the wooden Wampo Viaduct and finally stopping at Nam Tok about 1hr 30 mins .....the viaduct is mainly wooden structure and as I said do not look down when crossing

wow! what a drop! great pov and detail captured here!

Love this one - it gives a real sense of the giddying traverse over that bidge. It looks so rickety, I'm not religious but I think the safest was to get across this bridge is to utter a quick prayer beforehand!!
Good compositional choice to have the train along the extreme edge of the frame, it enhances the precipitous feeling of the shot.

Nice detail in this one Bill.
Good sharp contrast in the woodwork of the bridge and the fact you got the rickety old train on too tells us all a story.

Nice perspective throughout and a good composition showing us all both the height, and the age of the bridge, and the fact it's still in use by getting the train on shot.

Nice work,

Martin
