You captured a splendid light on this beach! A good timing for waves too! The clouds at the horizon, excellent colors on the sea and fine details on the sand are all element with elegant presentation which compose a great image. Bravo! Annie

Late afternoon light is always enjoyable Jan - if the sun is shining, that is ;o).
You captured that play of light perfectly; the shades - of trees, I presume - adds some nice contrast between well-lit and more obscured parts, but the roller is hit by enough light.
Now, to really show it's a miles long beach, you'd have to have taken a few pictures with a perfectly levelled tripod, and stitch a panoramic view! Which would undoubtedly look very nice on your wall! As will this, I presume ;o).
