[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Captured at Hat Rai Leh(East) beach.As the village is set amomg tall limestone cliffs( excellent rock climbing around here )a road has yet to be built to link the place to the rest of the coast it can only be reached by long tail boats from either Krabi towm (an hour away) or Ao Nang (about 30 mns).The 'beach'here is not the greatest as it is mostly mangroves and mudflats but it is suitable for launches, though you have to get your feet wet to get on board.

Salut Carol,
Le noir et blanc est très beau. Je trouve qu'il patinne la photo qui du coup, malgré le grand nombre de personnages, n'est pas surchargée. Il existe plein de détails, qui font qu'on a envie de s'attarder davantage sur la photo. Très beau cliché.

Bonjour Carol
Quel beau document de voyage fort instructif, à la National Geographic!
D'allure modeste par la décoloration qui est bien adaptée au fait que vous voulez montrer un moyen presque rustique de traverser.
Le bateau au large de même que les montagnes donnent une bonne impression de la largeur à franchir.
