Wat Arun - Temple of the Dawn.

Steep steps lead to the two terraces. The height is reported by different sources as between 66,80 m and 86 m.

At the time of my stay in Bangkok it was not allowed to climb up the stairs as it is, in general, rather dangerous. So I didn't have a chance to try my luck, I stayed at the foot of it ... and could only take a photo!:)

It is a scanned image. Adjustment of midtones & levels; minor colour gamma correction; noise reduction; sharpening.

"Perhaps it was named Temple of the Dawn because the first light of morning is reflected off the surface of the temple with a pearly iridescence) is a buddhist temple (wat) in Bangkok, Thailand. The temple is located in the Bangkok Yai district, on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River." (Source: Wiki)

Hi Elena. Very clear symmetrical photograph of this impressive structure. It looks very steep. You did well to get it without crowds all around. Welcome to TL and TFS. Murray.
