| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| A floating market in Bangkok, a renown tourist hotspot. Akin of Venice of Italy ?? Perhaps not really so. Nevertheless I find this place particularly interesting for photography. It has plenty of subjects to admire and for image capturing . Amid its variety of subject matters, very often getting a balance lighting is rather a challenging task here. To overcome this part of an overly shaded part on one side and an overly bright cast of the other part of the canal, a flash is needed. I shot this with a simple handheld using spot metering with a SB-800 flash to balance up the overly shadowed part. A simple shot that is , but the speedlight SB-800 played an important part in this shot wher i could get it at a near balance exposure. Hope you like it. |
