[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Here is another sunrise of a different kind. .

She is farming in the high mountains of northern Thailand as the sun rises through the mist.
She and her tribe mates migrated from Burma in the 80s to save their way of life and costumes which came under attack by Burmese government as being too primitive. I admire their strength and this photo to me resembles someone replanting a generation and way of life.

Hope you enjoy..

Skye

great shot man. the fog adds to the feeling of depth here. this seems a worthwhile subject to explore and document as the way this world is going now, i don't know that the old ways will remain forever.

I very much enjoyed the note.
Great photo though, it's very rooted. (If that makes sense?)
What a unique place.

A very lovely scene, Skye. The misty background serves well to focus our attention on the lone figure who could easily have been lost in this wide scene. Nicely done.

I like your "Misty Morning" photo. Good composition and I like the misty background.
