Very interesting portrait, Nino, with a very intriguing effect with the light that seems to be coming out of his head. I don't mind the noise in this picture because I think it gives it a bit of texture and a gritty city life feel to it. However, I might have cloned out or smoothen the line that cross his face just before his ear. Well done!

Very nice snapshot, Nino! The look on this guy and the background create a very urban feel. I might have cloned out the vertical line on the glass that goes across his face, but other than that, a fantastic shot!
