[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The rice terraced fields of Mu Cang Chai mountainous district in northern Yen Bai Province have been recognized as a national heritage site. It's about 300km Northeast of Hanoi.The best time to travel here is May/June and September/October when they start and harvest a crop.
Photo taken from Khau Pha pass (by 70-200mm tele lens) down to the terraced rice valley of Lim mong village of H"mong people. Soon they are cutting rice home and having a big celebration named "new rice".

Hi Tan, Very attractive landscape. The bright yellow and the patterns across the field look very good. The placement (from being well cropped of the two people in the field adds to the impact compared to a field without people there. TFS. Murray.
