Hi Murray,
And refreshing it is !! ;-)
Very nice still life of "beer and opener". I can see the water on the glass. Very good colors and exposure. Good sharpness too.
Maybe the crop is a little big close to the opener, but I like the composition.
greetings,
Joop!

Always a lot harder than it looks, Murray - especially when perspective becomes a factor and gives vertical lines the appearance of a lean. Possibly the Cybershot wasn't the best camera for this exercise.

Good sharpness for the slow shutter speed, although I'm not sure that the WB was in the correct setting here ...?

What a great photo of a beer. As if i wanted to drink beer. You presented this very nicely. Focus and colors are excellent.

Nice, I would erase the silver spot on lower right side. Also minor marks between the bottle and glass. Also turn the bottle to read full label (name) of beer. Murray have a great Holiday, wherever YOU are. Cheers

Hi Murray

A superb still life of the tempting brew, with excellent colour, sharpness & graphism. Gooid lighting & contrast. Seasons Greetings!

Feeling thirsty now, Murray.!
Too early for a nice cold beer, but I will ask Meri to prepare an other cup of coffee, haha
Your experiment is well done, Bravo. Good job.
Cheers, Jan

Hello Murray.. I think you have done well here.. with your first attempt. ( I find it difficult with indoor lighting) so tend to stay outside!..nice colours, and the beer looks refreshing!
