This view of the Mekong River was taken just across the city of My Tho. The province where Mekong River belongs does not apply here as the river belongs not only to Vietnam but to othe countries as well. It is the 13th. longest river in the world. It starts in Tibet then runs through China, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. It outflows into Mekong Bay in Vietnam.

The problem with this picture is definitely the framing. Olissipo's workshop went part of the way, but I would cut out the tree at the right also. I know it's a bit extreme, but the boats really need to be the sole focus of attention
