Sky was clear 10 minutes before I took this picture. Huge clouds of fire roled in.. Fire everywhere!!! okay,.. I'm just kidding :)
The actual photo was with dull gray clouds. I played with levels, curves, saturation and channel mixer and happened to like this better.

hope you like it!
Regards,
Skye

I like the sepia clouds..very surreal, it kindda looks like van gogh's work..I dont why it reminded me of that..maybe it's because hot I saw it on the thumbnail..

good job.

d.

Impressive effect on what was already a good picture!

Nice PP work here. I like the green of the hills and what you've done with the clouds, very ominious. Thanks for submitting.

LOL, good job Skye!!! Excellent pp work, I like it, I think it is always good to make the sky look beautiful when it is looking dull. Very well done, I like the colours contrast, composition is good too, but I it might be nicer if you clone out the cables, that's just me.. :) Thanks for sharing. :)

wow, i can't get over how amazing the colours look here! okay the post-processing is somewhat obvious, but i'd be stunned if i ever really saw something like that! :) in any case, you've got a great eye for picking colours that compliment each other that well!
cheers
- Tina

You are very talented at capturing amazing lanscapes especially with the skys, such as "Fire in Paradise". I tried to give it a smiely face rating, but it won't let me. I wonder if I have put in too many comments today so the system stops you??

(Sept 1 - I was able to add the Smilely face today.
