This is one of the guards at the military museum in Jaipur. His moustaches, he claims, are the longes in Rajastan - and he's up against some pretty stiff competition, to be sure....
He is a proud individual who also demonstrated for us how to tie a turban. We had a lot of fun with this guy. What a character!
I had cut the original print to fit this in an old album. Then scanned it into a jpg-file, blackened the sides using the rather rudimentary MS-Paint colour toolbox.
Am quite happy with the end product. What do you think? |

This came out real well, good crop, etc. The black makes it look like he is about to enter a curtain.
