I love hibachi.
Almost all Japanese Restaurants doing same cooking style here in USA,too and you tell them directly how and what do you wanna eat.

Hello Javad,
very nice shot of this restaurant scene. Very interesting to see other people at work. I like those plates in front a wonderful way to display the food, so no problem reading the menu will happen, you get what you see.
