[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I saw this big bee outside our house. At first, I was apprehensive in getting close to it, but I saw it was very busy gathering food.

I set my camera to Shutter Priority and dialed in 125 so I can handhold my 100mm Macro lens with minimum visible shake. The sun was up but the sky was cloudy.

In post process, I cropped out some leaves, increased saturation, and sharpened a bit.

i tried the same subject as you, but mine wasn't up to this close since the sun was bright. i think the clouds helped a lt in giving ample lights to the subject. really nice shot... TFS

Beautiful macro. Vibrant colours, excellent detail on the bee. Nice to see those pollen. I think a tighter crop would work too, some of the space on top really isn't necessary IMO. Anyway, TFS
