I was on a trip to KL for work. Brought my camera & tripod in case I manage to find some time to walk around and shoot. Well... I didn't, but I didn't want to leave KL without at least a shot of the towers. So as left the Ritz to go for dinner, i was crazy enough to bring my gear, step out of KLCC and take a few shots.

i set my camera low on the tripod, and i wanted frame the fountain when it was at it's peak. I had a hard time, trying to frame the shot. Actually, to the right of the shot, there's a (relatively) new tower that keeps getting in the frame. It was actually irritating... hahaha! so this is the angle, from where i decided to position myself where that tower wasn't in the shot.
i wanted to water to have that misty effect, and at this time i was just playing around with aperture priority. I set it at f/22 to give me the 4 sec shutter speed which i hope was enough to "mist" the water.
I just did some minor levels and hue adjustments, particularly the yellow (saturated a bit, and a tad lightened) because the water on the original shot was kinda dull gray in color. then sharpened. i'm still feeling my way thru PS and I don't know how else to get that water whiter (if there is a way).
At least I got my souvenir shot... haha! what you think? cheers!

Hi Patrick, This is a beautiful shot of these magnificent twin towers. The colouring and clarity, using the tripod is very stunning. TFS. Murray.
