[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Patriarchy Bridge on sunrise with the view on a steam over chimneys of a heat and power plant in a cold frosty morning. Old style lamp posts on the bridge make this picture very attractive.

In Russia we have popular belief: Smoke rising straight up from a chimney means cold frosty weather will continue for a while.

PS: Only several days ago the weather became warmer and yesterday was a fist snowfall in the new 2008 year in Moscow.

I wonder if is gets very smoggy from these chimneys belching out the black smoke. I like the silhouette shapes of the street lights in the distance - very attractive
