As you already know green is MY color! and I love this...
It's a great view Hans... In the first place you might expect an image like this to be dull, but I don't think it's dull at all...

beautiful shot of this paddy fields in close up, Hans.. from close up i can know if the paddy is the good one or not :) but there is no need for me to tell that.. when i was much younger i did plant and harvest the paddy of my uncle.. my dad want me to experience the village hard life err it so hard esp. under the hot sun.. i kept wanting the day to end fast so that i can rest.. hehe..

i saw the WS and i think that is beautiful too.. you capture our no. 1 food very well. tfs. have a lovely weekend.

Ja, inderdaad veel groener gaat niet denk ik. Mooi strak, loepzuiver, goed groen en perfect gepresenteerd. Moet een verdomd mooi land en omgeving zijn als ik jouw foto's zie en die van korbee. Toch maar een keer heen met m'n Kanon...

Hi Hans, very impressive. Rich greens, good detail and well composed and presented. The Australian rice harvest was well down this last year because of drought with only 2000 hectares being planted. TFS,

Hoi Hans,

Kijkend naar de workshop en naar deze posting ga ik toch voor de main posting. Juist omdat dit een compositie is die ik zelf nooit zou hebben verzonnen. Zo close-up een rice paddy in beeld brengen. Nee, ik heb door heel wat rice paddies gelopen, maar een dergelijk shot had ik nog niet bij stil gestaan! Mooi werk!

Wonderful green theme Hans - I'm a bit late getting to this image but worth the wait. I like the contrast between the brownish water and the green of the vegitation. Side lighting well captured.
