I think your sentiment here is why I take photos of flower as well. There is divine perfection in their design.

I like the central composition of this shot. I really emphasizes the symmetry of the flower (I just said almost the same thing in the critique I just wrote for waterlilygirl's Twin Leaves).

I would suggest getting something to reflect a little light onto the petals on the right of the frame; a white card, sheet, someone in a white shirt, anything bright and reflective. It would bring out those colors even more!
