a lovely & enviable view of a countryside, a luxury to any urbanite. the paddy field reminds me of the escalating food price. how nicer would it be if the blue sky was there but that's beyond our control. well done.

Yes, one of the tings I liked very much is the kindness of people in Malaysia.
They are always friendly. They like to be pictured and have big fan when you do so.
Very good composed picture with beautiful fresh green in forground. The little guy seems to adore the landscape aswell.

Reminds me of my time in Borneo. I like the way the boy (or girl?) stretches out his arm. It not only adds to the structure in the photo, but also to the story it is telling (warmth, friendship, serenity...) Thanks.

not sure i bermimpi or not.. macam i ingat i have commented this lah..

anyway its a beautiful scene.. sejuk mata memandang.. good capture of this sawah on late afternoon.. love the bukit view (ehem sorry cakap aku campur2 :) ) the place is so familiar to me now esp. the hill hidden by the coconut trees. the couple are an added bonus.. a lovely composition. tfs..

Assalammu'alaikum Sharina,
It's like a Deja Vu thing. You saw something and you feel you have seen it before but couldn't find anything else in your mind, to realize enough what it is.

Even if the colors are mute but the landscape is very evident. It is the same landscape but from another angle, taken from someone else that lived around this countryside.

Tell him, another kampong boy from another state sent his regard. Better yet, I might as well tell him myself. It has been a while and we kampong folks are pretty neighborly in this country, don't you think. :)

Heady. The smell of paddy field, its waltzing green, the disturb scramble of a burung puyu and the bursting clouds of burung pipit.

Hai sharina,

This scenery picture is really wonderful, nice POV, with a man and a children having nice time on the paddy field. The composition of the hill and trees are so wonderful.

Just a little bit dark on the man and children. If you can just adjust a bit brighter, it may look better. (^_^).
