Good Day everybody!

Today I propose you a different and unusual theme for me ! Portrait of a child , and in Black and white!.

Back in February , I mentioned , we gathered a few teddies for our trip to Cuba . I uploaded then a photo called Ready for adoption with a large version . Full story here .

Well today, I tought it would be a good occasion to present you Patricia, who ended up with one of them.

We do not have the pleasure to see the children receiving them very often. We usually give them to the parents that are working at the resort. This year Patricia's mother was at home enjoying her year maternity break. Patricia was born in October 2005. So she is a little more than 6 months old. Note , her mother Yemy, was still working when we visited the resort in April 2005.

This year, when we rented our Jeep, we took time to visit Yemy at home, and had the pleasure to spend sometime with both of them also in Guardalavaca town. We brought them with us for a ride, and some shopping (^_^).

But the photo here was taken at her home. Bare with me, I did not make any special set up for this one. She was in her stroller. Yemy, her mother, just gave her teddie. I found it pretty funny how she reacted. I captured this one seconds after she received her new friend. I think she liked it, Don't you ?

1 - Cropped the photo
2 - I applied a green photo filter before desaturating the image.
With Neat Image
3 - Filtered noise
With Photofiltre
4 - Added a simple frame and title
