Very good composition. Colors are great !
May be a little more light; You wouldn't had lost the wonderful sky, but you would certainly had gain in the foreground, particularly in the shade of the wall.

Strong diagonal line adds to the a incredible photograph. This could have been a bit top heavy, but the reflections on the wet foreground balances the image well.
I like the fact that some detail is visible in the silhouetted buildings.
